As you click through our pages you will see a great selection of villas and hopefully you will find one that matches your requirements and budget. Although the responsibility for the information that is provided lies with the owners, we care passionately that you are given the right information and that the villa represents good value for your money.

For this reason we are not an "open for all" advertising forum (we decline proposals every day). We also personally visit the properties that we advertise either before they appear on our web site or within the first few months. Although this is a brief snapshot of the villa at the time, it allows us to determine the general accuracy of the information provided and the commitment of the owners to the same values of service that we have.

Also, importantly, it allows us to answer any additional questions that you may have about the villa with the confidence of someone who has already visited.

After this initial assessment we rely heavily on the feedback that we get from the guests (which we actively seek at the end of every visit) to ensure that the standards of the villa and service are maintained.

Our accommodation ranges from, at the very least, clean, comfortable and fully equipped through to luxury villas of the highest standard. More than 98% of our villas are detached and private with a private swimming pool. Hi, Just to say we have just had a great 2 weeks stay at the Villa Nicola in Coral Bay, the Villa was amazing, very clean and had everything that you could want and more and I would recommend to large groups, the resort itself had all that you needed and the beaches were spot on. Having previously used some of the larger Villa companies I found that Getaway Villas offers much better value for money. The Villa facilities were very good and the location was peaceful, private and secluded. The 'Welcome Pack' was comprehensive, which was especially appreciated as we arrived late in the evening, and we did not need to think about shopping until the next day.
