Our portfolio of properties has grown on the basis of word of mouth recommendations amongst villa owners. We don't chase owners for their custom. Apart from one or twoproperties every other property has come to us via a recommendation from a satisfied owner.

Our business philosophy is not based on trying to keep you (the villa owners) happy - not directly anyway! We know that you will be happy when you have lots of bookings for your property from happy returning renters who enjoy and respect your property. So our emphasis and business strategy has been (and is) to make our renters happy, by giving plentyof accurate information and delivering what we (and you) say we will deliver - which is high value, high quality accommodation and service. And our customers ARE happy and ARE coming back to us for repeat bookings....and so are their friends, families and colleagues to whom they recommend us. Your customers may not necessarily come back to your property because, understandably, they want a change and theymay wishto see other parts of the island so they will choose other properties (and the returning customers of the other properties will choose yours!) and thats because they are confident that when they book through us they are likely to enjoy the same high value holiday accommodation and service that they have experienced before.

3. We offer you: efficient, clean and transparent dealings with your customers and with you

We, at Getaway-Villas (Safe Ventures Ltd) propose to act as your non-exclusive Booking Agent. We take the concerns of marketting and the booking process away from you and handle all the bookings through us from the initial approach by the customer to the completion of their stay and the refund of their security bond. We then pay the cleared rental funds to the accommodation Owner (minus our commission). If we do not achieve any bookings there is nothing to pay us for our efforts.

You as Owners get a copy of ALL the booking details from the start and you get bi-monthly payments for completed bookings and statements for completed and future bookings. You have online access to our availabiity calendars and you can use them on your own website if you have one.

Our contract with the villa owners is based on three documents.
