The three bedrooms are situated on the first floor . The double master bedroom has an en-suite shower room and its own private balcony with sea views. The two further twin bedrooms share the full family bathroom . Each bedroom has an air conditioning unit , and the master bedroom has a safe box .

Outside is the 9m x 5m private pool surrounded by a large sunbathing terrace complete with sun beds , large umbrellas , tables , chairs and large covered terrace , ideal for outdoor dining .
There is a built in barbeque area to the side , and also a separate pool side shower room and a covered mini kitchen with a sink and small mini bar area to help with the preparation poolside refreshments and alfresco dining.
A table tennis and a pool table under the shade of the pergola provide a source of endless fun for the young ones (and occasionally for the older ones)
