All bedrooms have built-in wardrobes in Walnut finish to match the flooring, doors and architraves. There is also a Family bathroom. The main bathroom and en-suite are fitted with solid wood vanity units in a wenge finish with sit on bowls. There is a balcony at the front off the landing.
OUTDOORS
Outside there is a private swimming pool 4m x 8m (HEATED at an optional extra cost), pool shower, pool lights and exterior lighting, parking space, outside storage, garden furniture and key safe fitted. The property has gates at the front entrance and across the car port.
Relax and unwind in our enclosed patio area complete with stylish garden furniture and gas fired BBQ. Parasols and recliners are provided and stored in the shed along with a selection of beach balls, and inflatables to use.
Pernera is the ideal place for a relaxing family holiday. The main street sweeps down to the sea front where there are several sandy bays perfect for bathing and snorkeling in the clear waters. Protected by stone outcrops and with plenty of shallow water for the little ones to paddle in, these bays are great for families with small children. A footpath from the villa leads straight to one of them, and free sun beds and play areas are scattered across the sea front. There are plenty of activities for lovers of water sports including wind surfing, diving and water skiing, plus boat trips, power boat rides and fishing trips from Pernera harbour just a few minutes walk from the villa. The resort is about 2 kilometres from the larger town of Protaras and within easy reach of Paralimni, the main town.
