Villa Rachel Rose at Crystal Lagoon is situated in Pernera near Protaras. It is a high specification luxury 3 bedroom villa, situated in a secure gated development and is less than 150 metres from Pernera beach, and 50 metres from shops and tavernas. Contemporary fixtures and fittings throughout including a fully equipped Italian kitchen and stylish bathrooms. The villa has air conditioning and a private pool.
GROUND FLOOR
Villa Rachel Rose is furnished to a high standard with a luxurious chocolate leather corner sofa which opens out to a sofa bed if you require it. Our villa offers a spacious dining area along with a plasma flat screen Satellite TV, DVD player, an iPod connecter and playstation 2 with 2 controls which includes a selection of games. There are various board games in the villa such as chess and backgammon along with playing cards.
It has a fully equipped recessed Kitchen area opening out onto open plan lounge/diner with french windows onto the pool area. For those that like to cook the villa is equipped with all necessary utensils plus others such as a cooking timer, scales, vegetable peeler, apple corer and egg slice!
There is also a downstairs cloakroom off the entrance hall.
FIRST FLOOR
Upstairs the accommodation has a stylish master bedroom with ensuite shower room and a balcony. The room is light and spacious and features a lovely dressing table. There are also one touch reading lamps alongside the bed. There are two further bedrooms (one of which currently has a double, and the other twin beds). All bedrooms have spacious built-in wardrobes in a Walnut finish to match the flooring, doors and architraves. There is also a Family bathroom. The main bathroom and en-suite are fitted with beautiful solid wood vanity units in a wenge finish with sit on bowls. There is also a balcony at the front off the landing.
OUTDOORS
Outside there is a private swimming pool 4m x 8m, pool shower, pool lights and exterior lighting, parking space, outside storage, garden furniture and key safe fitted. The property features some lovely plants inside and outside the villa along with a lemon tree at the front. The property has wrought iron gates at the front.
Relax and unwind in our enclosed patio area complete with stylish garden furniture and gas fired portable BBQ. Parasols and luxury recliners are provided. A selection of inflatable toys and pool games for around the pool are stored in the shed for your use.
Pernera is the ideal place for a relaxing family holiday. The main street sweeps down to the sea front where there are several sandy bays perfect for bathing and snorkeling in the clear waters. Protected by stone outcrops and with plenty of shallow water for the little ones to paddle in, these bays are great for families with small children. A footpath from the villa leads straight to one of them, and free sun beds and play areas are scattered across the sea front. There are plenty of activities for lovers of water sports including wind surfing, diving and water skiing, plus boat trips, power boat rides and fishing trips from Pernera harbour just a few minutes walk from the villa. The resort is about 2 kilometres from the larger town of Protaras and within easy reach of Paralimni, the main town. Dining couln't be easier with a vast array of local and international dining options on your doorstep. Car & motorbike hire, supermarkets and gift shops are all within a 5 minute walk.
Although located near all amenities, villa Rachel-Rose enjoys a peaceful and quiet location where you can relax, enjoy barbecues and quality family time around your own private pool.
