Outside, the large, private 10m x 5m swimming pool with walk-in steps takes pride of place in the paved sun terrace. There is a lawned garden to the side, 8 sunbeds, ample umbrellas, and table and chairs for outdoor dining. Reached via a flight of steps from the pool area is a separate games room with a pool table and some gym equipment. Air-conditioning and central heating is available throughout the villa, including all bedrooms, lounge, dining room, kitchen and the games room. The pool can also be heated during the cooler months.
