GROUND FLOOR
The double front doors open into the lounge and kitchen area.
The open plan kitchen is equipped with fridge/freezer, dishwater, cooker and microwave. The lounge and dining area consists of dining table and 6 seats, sofa and chairs, TV with Sky digibox , DVD with games available, CD/Cassette player and radio. Patio doors from lounge area lead to small garden seating area.
Leading off the living area is a bedroom with a double bed and with wardrobes. A patio door leading to small patio garden area, a separate shower and wc room is next to the bedroom.
FIRST FLOOR
Stairs from the living area lead up to an open area with sink and washing machine. Off this area are two bedrooms. Both twin bedded room with wardrobes and en-suite bathroom with overhead shower and wc and one with shower and wc. One bedroom has a balcony with sea views.
Bedrooms and living areas are provided with a/c units which can be used for cooling and heating. A safe and hairdryers are provided.
OUTDOORS
Covered pagoda and sun beds and table and chairs - pool measures 10mx5m. A substantial children’s swing is situated in the delightful gardens with roses, banana trees and palm tress. Extensive and private grounds.
Argaka is a peaceful village on the West coast of Paphos where you will find many citrus orchards and quiet beaches and excellent eating places. The pretty town of Polis is just over 5 minutes by car, and the fishing harbour at Latchi can be reached within 10 minutes drive.

We most liked the clean, large pool and the setting of the Villa. Close enough to local facilities and rural enough to feel private. No neighbours overlooking us and no busy main road nearby. The early morning call from the cockerel was a bonus!
