The villa is more than we expected as the owner Yannis really has the magic touch for customer care. The villa is gorgeous, comfortable clean, 5 star facilities,beauifully located. We loved the laid back atmosphere, the privacy and the easy access to the lovely little villages and tavernas. One highlight was picking our own orange, lemon, mandarin and grapefruit - delicious. We have re-booked. The only down side - and a small one was the road was a bit close to the villa and the traffic was a bit noisy sometimes, but on the whole it was fab.

The Villa exceeded our expectations. It was spacious, had all the appliances we needed and was very comfortable – especially after John added plush new leather sofas during our stay. The gardens surrounding the villa were very pretty and gave us considerable privacy from the road. The pool and its patio areas were fabulous and although the water got a bit too cold by mid November we certainly enjoyed it throughout October. John, the owner was extremely helpful and always on hand to give advice and fix some of the minor issues we had – e.g. the kettle stopped working and we couldn’t determine how the oven was switched on! He kept the pool clean and topped up and during his regular visits presented us with fruit from his own orchard. The villa’s location by the sea gave us the opportunity for walks along the beach and through the neighbouring countryside. Its proximity to Polis, Laatsi and the Akamas Peninsula meant that we had every amenity on our doorstep. The journey to Paphos and the Airport were also easily achieved in about an hour. We have recommended the Jan Lui Villas and the Argaka area to our friends and we ourselves will definitely be paying a return visit at some time in the future.
