GROUND FLOOR
Elevated from the pool and garden the front door opens into a bright and airy open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area. The areas are separated by feature traditional arches.

Left is the lounge with inviting soft furnishings, and breathtaking panoramic views from the high shuttered French doors and windows.

The large dining table stands occupies a corner spot with superb views from the French doors on one side and the large window on the other side. It comfortably seats 8-10 guests.

The kitchen is beautifully fitted with white units and white sink. It also has another feature window framing the superb views. It is fully equipped with all modern facilities.

Guest cloaks can be found off the living area and a small corridor leads to the first bedroom which has a double bed with en-suite shower room and large french doors opening out to the patio overlooking the pool area.

FIRST FLOOR
Upstairs, there are two further large bedrooms. One of the bedrooms is particularly large and with 2 single beds and a double it still looks spacious. The other bedroom has a double bed. Also at this level is the house bathroom with bath and shower over.

Both rooms have access through patio doors onto balconies with spectacular views. The views are also captured by plenty of french windows that give the property a spacious airy feel of wonder and wellbeing.

OUTDOORS
Outside there is provision for alfresco dining and living under the spacious shaded bar area which is fully equipped and enjoying the views while occasionally dipping into your own very large pool or soaking up the sun on the secluded pool terrace. The pool is large 10mx5m infinity type with the overflow into a children’s pool at a lower garden level. The plentiful jasmine and the clambering bougainvillea add exquisite scent and colour to the surroundings.
