The property has air-conditioning for cooling and heating throughout, so the property can be enjoyed in comfort all year round.

Outside, there are lawned gardens, ample space for parking several cars, covered veranda, large 9 x 4.5 metre private swimming pool with walk-in steps, pool shower, barbecue, 8 sun beds, parasols, table and chairs.
